Important: If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 24 or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Telephones

When you phone the practice you will be asked to choose from the following options;

  • Option 1 - appointments and general enquiries;
  • Option 2 - Housecalls & emergencies requiring urgent attention
  • Option 3 - repeat prescriptions;

Should you wish to leave a message for one of the doctors please give the receptionist a contact number and brief details. Interruptions during surgery are upsetting for both patients and doctors and consequently the receptionists have been asked not to disturb consultations with non-urgent calls.

Accessibility

There is access to the health centre for the disabled from both the main entrance and via the car park entrance. There is also a lift allowing access to the upper floor of the centre.
